  • You have been diagnosed with obesity.
  • You also have at least one of these conditions: prediabetes, diabetes, high cholesterol, or high blood pressure.
  • You are not currently taking antibiotics.
  • You are not pregnant.
  • You do not have inflammatory bowel disease, celiac disease, a blood disorder, or an autoimmune or immune deficiency condition.
