Who can take part

  • You must have a full tear of your Achilles tendon (not just a partial tear or strain).
  • You need to have seen a doctor within 14 days of your injury.
  • You must be able to read and understand Danish.
  • You must not smoke or have diabetes.
  • You cannot be on blood-thinning medication (like warfarin or similar).
