Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • You must have one of these advanced cancers: ovarian, triple-negative breast, cervical, small-cell lung, bile duct, liver, colorectal, or non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer that has continued to grow despite standard treatment (like chemotherapy) or you couldn't tolerate that treatment.
  • You must have tried no more than 4 previous cancer treatments.
  • You cannot have already taken a PD-1 or PD-L1 checkpoint inhibitor medicine (like Keytruda or Tecentriq) or a VEGF/VEGFR inhibitor (like Avastin or Cyramza).
  • Your cancer must have at least one tumor that can be measured on a CT or MRI scan.
  • You must be generally healthy enough to get around (ECOG score 0-1) and have adequate organ function (kidneys, liver, blood cells).
