Who can take part

  • You have recently started (within 75 days) or are about to start IV ketamine or Spravato® for depression.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • Your depression is moderate to severe and has not improved after trying at least two other antidepressants.
  • You do not have psychotic features, bipolar disorder, or a psychotic disorder like schizophrenia.
  • You do not have an active or recent (within the past year) substance use disorder, except for nicotine.
