Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You have HIV and have been on the same HIV medications for at least 6 months without the virus becoming detectable
- You have a past hepatitis B infection (positive for hepatitis B core antibody) but no active hepatitis B (negative for surface antigen)
- You have never had a very low CD4 count (your lowest CD4 count was above 200)
- You do not have liver damage (no cirrhosis or severe fibrosis) and your liver enzymes are normal
- You are not pregnant
