  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You are having your first reverse shoulder replacement (not a repeat surgery).
  • Your surgery is done at one of three Loyola locations in Illinois.
  • You have not had a prior coracoid transfer (a specific shoulder surgery).
  • You are not pregnant (a urine test will be done before surgery).
