Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must have a type of large B-cell lymphoma that has spread to your brain or spinal cord (called secondary CNS lymphoma).
- You must have lymphoma in other parts of your body too, not just the central nervous system.
- You cannot have received prior treatment with a specific class of chemotherapy drugs called anthracyclines (like doxorubicin) for lymphoma.
- Your heart, kidneys, liver, and blood counts must be within certain safe ranges for study drugs.
