  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have a condition that reduces blood flow to the heart (myocardial ischemic syndrome).
  • You are scheduled to have coronary artery bypass surgery within the next month.
  • You are willing to take part and sign a consent form.
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study.
  • You have no history of severe allergic reactions to PCSK9 inhibitors.
