Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must have a type of lung cancer called non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has spread locally or to other parts of the body and cannot be removed by surgery or treated with radiation.
- Your tumor must have a change in the HER2 gene or protein (like a mutation, extra copies, or high protein levels).
- You must either not have had any treatment for advanced disease, or have had only first-line treatment with a specific type of drug called a third-generation EGFR-TKI (and your disease either grew slowly, grew in a few spots, or grew widely).
- You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
- You must be in good physical condition (able to do light activity and care for yourself).
