Myo-inositol and Selenium for Indeterminate Thyroid Nodules

Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have a thyroid nodule that was classified as TIR3a (indeterminate) after a fine needle aspiration biopsy.
  • You have given written consent and have enough tissue sample for special testing.
  • You do not have a diagnosis of thyroid cancer or other malignant thyroid conditions.
  • Your thyroid function (TSH) is normal and you do not need to start thyroid hormone medication.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
