- You are between 18 and 64 years old.
- You are scheduled for surgery on your collarbone, AC joint, or CC ligament at Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune.
- Your physical health status is classified as ASA 1, 2, or 3 (generally healthy to mild-to-moderate systemic disease).
- You have not used opioids (like oxycodone, morphine) in the past 30 days, except for your collarbone pain.
- You are not having emergency surgery or additional surgery on your shoulder joint or upper arm bone.
