  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 20 and 30.
  • You do not have nerve damage, bleeding problems, or kidney/liver failure.
  • You are not allergic to local anesthetics (like lidocaine).
  • You are not pregnant and have not had surgery below your collarbone.
