- You were born between 2004 and 2014 with a facial cleft (like a cleft palate, but not just a cleft lip).
- You are at least 10 years old and have been seen by an Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) doctor at the Brest or Marseille University Hospital.
- You are not currently under any form of legal protection (like guardianship).
- If you are under 18, a parent or guardian agrees to let you join the study.
