Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have an advanced solid tumor that has spread to cause a moderate or large fluid buildup in your chest (malignant pleural effusion) that needs draining.
- You are well enough to be up and about at least half the day (ECOG score 0–2) and expected to live at least 3 more months.
- Your organs (kidneys, liver, bone marrow) are working well enough based on blood tests.
- You have not received a STING agonist drug into your chest before, and you haven't had major surgery or been in another drug trial in the last 28 days.
