Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with advanced solid cancer (confirmed by biopsy or cell sample)
- You have moderate to large fluid buildup around one lung that needs treatment
- You are healthy enough for treatment (ECOG score 0–2, meaning you can do most daily activities)
- Your organs (liver, kidneys, heart) are working well enough
- You are expected to live at least 3 more months
- If you can have children, you must use birth control during and for 6 months after the study
