  • You are between 18 and 80 years old.
  • You have had a stroke or mini-stroke in the last 12 months due to a blockage of 70-99% in a major brain artery.
  • You received a catheter-based treatment (endovascular therapy) during your hospital stay.
  • You have not had a large stroke, bleeding in the brain, or a brain tumor.
  • You are willing and able to return for all follow-up visits.
