Who can take part
- You are between 40 and 60 years old.
- You have a heel spur on only one foot.
- You have pain and swelling at the bottom of your heel, especially when you first stand up in the morning or after sitting for a long time.
- Your body mass index (BMI) is under 29.
- You have had a foot X-ray that shows the heel spur.
- You have not had surgery or steroid injections in the last 3 months, and you do not have other conditions like rheumatoid arthritis or lupus.
