Who can take part

  • You had heel bone (calcaneal) fracture surgery with plates and screws at least 1 year ago
  • You are between 18 and 40 years old
  • The fracture was on one side only (not both feet)
  • You can stand on your own without help
  • You don't have diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, or other inflammatory joint diseases
  • You don't have nerve damage in your foot, balance disorders, or neurological conditions
