Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have a solid tumor (like lung, breast, or colon cancer) that has spread to the brain, spinal cord, or the lining of the brain
  • Your doctor expects you to live at least 3 more months
  • You are able to do most daily activities on your own (Karnofsky score of 70 or higher)
  • You do not have severe heart, lung, liver, or kidney problems
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
