This trial tests a new drug called MT027 for people with advanced cancer that has spread to the lining around the lungs (pleura) and caused fluid buildup. The drug targets a marker on cancer cells called B7-H3. It may help control the fluid and the cancer.

Who can take part
- You are 18 or older.
- You have advanced solid tumor cancer that has spread to the lining of your lung (pleura) and caused fluid buildup (malignant pleural effusion) that needs to be drained.
- Your cancer has not responded to standard treatments, or you cannot have standard treatments.
- Your tumor or pleural fluid tests positive for a marker called B7-H3.
- You are in generally good health (able to care for yourself, out of bed more than half the day).
- Your blood counts, liver, kidney, and clotting function are within safe ranges.
- You agree to use reliable birth control for up to 6 months after the last dose.
