Who can take part
- You have a new diagnosis of stage III or IVB head and neck cancer that is not linked to HPV.
- Your cancer started in the mouth, nose, sinuses, throat, voice box, or nearby areas.
- You plan to get standard treatment (surgery or chemoradiotherapy) at Massachusetts Eye and Ear or Massachusetts General Hospital.
- You have enough tumor tissue from a biopsy to make a personalized DNA test.
- You are 18 years or older.
