Who can take part

  • You had a kidney transplant at least 6 months ago.
  • You have active or ongoing antibody-mediated rejection (AMR) confirmed by a kidney biopsy.
  • You have certain antibodies or signs of rejection in your blood or biopsy.
  • Your kidney function (eGFR) is at least 30 mL/min/1.73 m2.
  • You need to have received vaccines for meningococcal infection, pneumonia, and sometimes Hib before starting the study.
  • You weigh at least 110 pounds (50 kg) at screening.
