Who can take part
- You must have been diagnosed with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma that tests positive for CD20, and your tumor must show high levels of both the MYC and BCL2 proteins.
- You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
- You must be able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0, 1, or 2) and have a life expectancy of at least 6 months.
- You cannot have had previous chemotherapy or stem cell transplant for this lymphoma.
- You must not have other active cancers, uncontrolled heart or blood vessel disease, severe infections, or certain lab test results that are too low or too high.
- You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding, and you must test negative for HIV.
