Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 80 years old.
  • Your cancer is advanced or has come back, and standard treatments no longer work.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be seen on a scan (not counting tumors that have been surgically removed).
  • You are generally well enough to get out of bed and take care of yourself (ECOG score 0-1).
  • You don't have HIV, active hepatitis B or C, or other serious infections.
  • You have enough tumor tissue (from a surgery or a biopsy) to make the personalized vaccine.
