Who can take part
- You are 70 years or older
- You have been diagnosed with CD20-positive diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (a type of blood cancer) that has not spread to the brain or spinal cord
- You have not been treated for this lymphoma before
- Standard chemotherapy (CHOP) is not safe for you or you choose not to have it
- Your kidney and liver function are adequate based on recent blood tests
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans
