  • You are between 45 and 70 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with probable behavioral variant frontotemporal dementia (bvFTD).
  • You have not changed any dementia medications in the last 2 months.
  • You are not following a low-carb, ketogenic, or vegan diet right now.
  • You do not have certain other medical conditions that could affect the diet, like type 1 diabetes, liver failure, or a history of pancreatitis.
