Who can take part
- You have a reliable study partner who can answer questions and help assess your daily functioning.
- You can read, understand, and speak English for memory and thinking tests.
- You (or the study group you fit) must match a specific diagnosis: behavioral variant FTD, MRI-supported non-fluent or semantic PPA, probable CBS, PSP, or FTD-ALS (FTD-MND).
- If you are a healthy control (not diagnosed): your basic brain exam should be normal, thinking score should be very high (MMSE 28+), and daily function test should be 0.
- You should not have signs of Alzheimer’s disease based on clinical/imaging/CSF results.
- You must not have certain implants or metal/medical devices that can make scans unsafe.
