FARAPULSE pulsed field ablation for heart rhythm problems

Paroxysmal AF

Part of Heart & circulation clinical trials.

This trial tests a new type of energy (pulsed field) to treat abnormal heart rhythms. It may be less damaging to nearby tissues than traditional ablation.

Pulsed Field Ablation for Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation

This trial studies a new procedure called pulsed field ablation to treat brief episodes of atrial fibrillation (AFib). The goal is to see if it can help reset the heart's natural electrical system and reduce symptoms.

Testing a new mapping and ablation system for AFib

This study tests a new device (FARAFLEX) that uses pulsed field energy to treat atrial fibrillation (AFib). You may qualify if you have persistent or paroxysmal AFib symptoms and have not had a prior ablation.

Pulsed Field Ablation for Atrial Fibrillation Treatment

This trial tests a newer ablation technique called pulsed field ablation to treat atrial fibrillation, a heart rhythm disorder. The goal is to see if this method works well and is safe for patients who need treatment.

NCT07627685Not yet recruiting
Testing a new catheter ablation method for irregular heartbeat

This study tests a new type of catheter ablation (a procedure that uses energy to treat irregular heartbeats) for atrial fibrillation—a common heart rhythm problem. You may qualify if you have recurring irregular heartbeats that haven't responded well to heart medications and are planning to have this procedure.

NCT07444320Recruiting
Testing new energy pulses for atrial fibrillation treatment

This trial tests a new way to deliver energy (FARAPULSE PFA system) to treat atrial fibrillation (AF), a type of irregular heartbeat. It aims to see if these new waveforms can safely and effectively stop AF symptoms and improve quality of life.

Study of Farapulse ablation for atrial fibrillation

This registry is collecting information to see how well the Farapulse PFA system works and how safe it is for treating atrial fibrillation (AF), a common heart rhythm problem. If you are scheduled to have an ablation for AF with this system, this study will follow your progress.
