  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have a cavity on the chewing surface of a back tooth that is not too deep.
  • You must have good oral hygiene habits.
  • The tooth must be alive and have the opposite tooth touching it when you bite.
  • You must be willing to sign a consent form.
