Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You must have been diagnosed with obesity hypoventilation syndrome by a lung specialist.
  • You cannot have a nerve or bone problem that makes it hard to move your arms or understand instructions.
  • You cannot have another lung disease, like COPD or asthma.
  • You cannot have uncontrolled heart disease or uncontrolled diabetes.
