  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have moderate to severe sleep apnea (AHI of 15 or higher)
  • CPAP therapy hasn't worked for you, or you can't use it
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is below 35
  • You don't have a current cancer diagnosis, active infection, or bleeding disorder
