Who can take part

  • Be 18 years or older and able to read, understand, and sign consent
  • Your sleep study (PSG) shows moderate-to-severe obstructive sleep apnea (AHI 15 to 50)
  • You must agree not to use any other sleep apnea treatment during the study, including PAP (CPAP/BiPAP)
  • Your apnea pattern should not be mostly central apnea (central apnea should not make up more than 20% of your AHI)
  • You should not have very low oxygen during sleep (more than 10% of sleep time with oxygen below 70%)
  • You must be able and willing to follow all study steps, visits, and instructions
