WeLove: WhatsApp support for pregnancy mental health

This pilot study tests a WhatsApp-based support program (WeLove) designed to help pregnant women and their partners prevent emotional distress and sleep problems. If you are in early pregnancy or a partner, you may join a 3‑group study comparing the program to usual care.

  • You are pregnant (between 13 and 28 weeks) or a partner who is over 18
  • You can read and understand Chinese
  • You have a device with WhatsApp and internet access
  • You do not have a serious medical illness that is not well controlled
  • You do not have a current diagnosis of a psychological or sleep disorder (like depression, anxiety, or insomnia)
