This study tests a special radiation technique (SBRT) for people with liver cancer, either from a primary tumor or spread from elsewhere. It focuses on those who can hold their breath short times and are not eligible for surgery or other treatments.

Who can take part
- You must have given written permission (informed consent) to be in the study.
- Your case must have been reviewed by a team of cancer specialists (a tumor board) that recommends treatment.
- You must have liver metastases (cancer that spread to your liver from another organ) and be referred for a precise type of radiation called SBRT, OR you must be 65 or older with primary liver cancer (HCC) and also referred for SBRT.
- You must be able to hold your breath for short periods (about 15–20 seconds) during treatment.
- You cannot have other treatment options like surgery, heat/cold ablation, or a liver transplant that would work for you.
