  • You identify as Latina or Hispanic.
  • You can read and write in English or Spanish.
  • You live in the United States.
  • You can use a smartphone, tablet, or computer to access the app and complete online surveys.
  • You are not pregnant and have not been pregnant in the last 3 months, and you do not have a high risk for heart or muscle/joint problems.
