Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You are having a severe heart attack that started within the last 12 hours.
  • A heart catheterization shows a large clot or slow blood flow even after a balloon or clot suction.
  • You will have the procedure done through the artery in your wrist (radial artery).
  • You do not have conditions like severe bleeding risk, kidney failure, or other serious illnesses listed in the full criteria.
