Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old
  • You have moderate-to-severe thyroid eye disease that needs treatment but is not threatening your sight
  • Your thyroid function is normal or only mildly off (free T3 and T4 levels less than 50% above or below normal)
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, and agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 180 days after the last dose
  • You do not have other eye conditions, poorly controlled diabetes, high blood pressure, or other serious health problems
