Who can take part
- You have active thyroid eye disease with a Clinical Activity Score of 3 or higher (a measure of how inflamed your eyes are)
- Your disease is moderate to severe, but you don't need emergency eye surgery right now
- You are between 18 and 75 years old
- If you have diabetes, it must be well-controlled and stable
- You are willing to use contraception if you can become pregnant, and not pregnant or breastfeeding during the study
- You have not received eye surgery, orbital radiation, or certain other immune-suppressing treatments for TED in recent weeks or months
