Digital brain training for kids with sickle cell disease

This trial is testing a digital program to help improve working memory (the ability to hold and use information in your mind) for children with sickle cell disease. If you join, you'll use a computer-based training program at home and researchers will see if it works and is easy to use.

Who can take part

  • You are between 7 and 16 years old.
  • You have sickle cell disease (any type).
  • You scored below average on a working memory test or have been told you have trouble with working memory.
  • You can use a computer (no major problems with vision, hearing, or movement).
  • You do not have a mental health condition that would interfere with the training.
  • You have no history of seizures triggered by flashing lights.
