Who can take part

  • You have a neck joint dislocation (atlantoaxial) diagnosed by a doctor
  • You do not have any nerve symptoms like trouble walking, holding objects, or speaking
  • You have not had previous surgery on the upper neck or skull base
  • You do not have an infection or tumor in the upper neck
  • You have not had a recent fracture in the upper neck area
  • You can choose to receive either conservative or surgical treatment after understanding the risks
