  • You have been diagnosed with atlantoaxial dislocation and are a candidate for surgery from the back of the neck.
  • You are able to have your health status checked before the procedure.
  • You agree to join the study and sign a consent form.
  • You have not had other types of surgery for this condition, like the TARP procedure.
