Study of 9MW3011 in adults with beta-thalassemia without regular transfusions

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with beta-thalassemia (or hemoglobin E/beta-thalassemia) and do not need regular blood transfusions
  • Your hemoglobin level is between 70 and 100 g/L (a measure of red blood cells)
  • You have too much iron in your body (iron overload) at the screening visit
  • You are generally able to do daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1)
