Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have depression that hasn't improved after at least one antidepressant, and your current depression score is 15 or higher on a standard scale.
- You are not very physically active right now, but you can start a structured exercise program.
- You have not changed your depression medications or therapy in the last 4 weeks, and you're willing to keep them the same during the study.
