This study tests whether practicing facial movements in your imagination (motor imagery) combined with mirror exercises can help reduce unwanted facial movements (synkinesis) and improve facial symmetry and quality of life in people with new Bell's palsy. You would learn simple exercises to do at home with a mirror and guidance.

Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have been diagnosed with Bell's palsy (not another cause) within the last week.
- You have facial asymmetry (one side of your face looks different from the other).
- You have synkinesis (unwanted facial movements when you try to move your face).
- You are able to understand and follow simple instructions.
- You do not have severe health conditions like uncontrolled high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, or a brain tumor.
