  • You are 40 years or older
  • You are overweight or have obesity (BMI over 25)
  • You do not currently smoke
  • You do not have serious health conditions like heart disease, diabetes, or cancer
  • You do not drink more than moderate amounts of alcohol
  • You are not taking statins, blood thinners, or planning pregnancy
  • You do not exercise vigorously more than 3 times a week
