Who can take part

  • You are a refugee or asylum seeker aged 16 or older.
  • You live in a participating Swiss town or transitional asylum center where the program is offered.
  • You speak one of these languages: German, English, French, Arabic, Farsi, Kurdish, Tigrinya, Turkish, Ukrainian, Russian, Tamil, or Pashto.
  • You have been feeling moderate to high levels of stress, worry, or sadness in the past month.
  • You do not have a serious health issue (like a major mental illness or risk of suicide) that would need immediate medical care.
