A support program for young refugees with emotional distress
Part of Mental health clinical trials.
This trial tests a program called Problem Management Plus with Emotional Processing (PM+EP) for youth who were forced to leave their home country. It aims to reduce stress and improve daily functioning. If you are a young refugee between 16 and 25 years old and feel very anxious or down, this might help you learn ways to cope.
