If you qualify, you would attend supervised exercise sessions designed to strengthen and align your knees properly.

Who can take part
- You are a woman between 18 and 25 years old.
- You have knees that cave inward when you squat or move (even if it doesn't hurt) — this is called dynamic knee valgus.
- You do not have a BMI of 30 or higher.
- You have not had any leg pain, injury, or surgery in the past year, and you have no health condition that affects your balance or coordination.
- You do not do more than 30 minutes of intense exercise (like running or heavy gym workouts) per week.
