  • You have chronic liver disease (such as cirrhosis).
  • Your liver cancer is being treated with radiofrequency ablation (RFA).
  • You are willing to have a special ultrasound to measure stiffness in your liver and spleen.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have not had a liver transplant or major liver surgery for cancer in the last two years.
  • Your liver disease is stable (not decompensated or Child-Pugh class C).
