Who can take part

  • You have had colorectal cancer and the main tumor has been removed or is under control.
  • You have at least 2 liver tumors that can be seen on an ultrasound and are smaller than 5 cm (about 2 inches).
  • Your liver tumors cannot be surgically removed, or you have chosen not to have surgery.
  • You do not have cancer that has spread outside the liver, or if it has, it is stable (not growing).
  • You must be at least 18 years old and have a life expectancy of at least 6 months.
